  1. This concern stems from a project in Colombia on the creation of a digital portfolio that would could be vulnerable to government surveillance or hacking.
    This is being done in other countries and it is believed that other governments are planning to do it too.
    Consequently, it would be interesting discussion and analysis and review possibilities to face this, globally.

  2. I think this would be a great time to have a conversation about finding solutions to the increasing amount of harassment on the Internet. Apart from censorship, how can we address harassment? Does the old adage "don't feed the trolls" still apply, or is time to fight back? Is this a cultural problem, or one inherent to the architecture of online spaces?

  3. I'd love to hear that ideas involving comic books were part of the 2015 Summit! Here are some suggestions:
    1. A panel gathering comic book artists who do use this art form to advocacy and also offer a local perspective to readers everywhere thanks to the internet. Kanika Mishra, creator of Karnika Kahen, is an example of how comics can empower groups - she gave voice to girls in India and just got a prize for her courage (disclosure - I did write a post about it).
